The Mission
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who’s visually strong, creatively sharp, and
patient enough to do things properly.
This role is for someone who understands that in healthcare, one small detail can matter a lot — and
is willing to go the extra mile to get it right.
What You’ll Do
Design & Visual Thinking:
● Turn ideas, copy, and strategies into clear, convincing visual executions.
● Design across social, digital campaigns, key visuals, OOH, POSM, and static-led
motion assets.
● Build visuals that are not only creative, but also easy to understand and hard to
misinterpret.
Craft & Execution (Where the Real Work Happens):
● Create clean, well-structured layouts with strong typography and spacing.
● Adapt designs carefully across formats, sizes, and phases of a campaign.
● Review, refine, and polish work — because “almost right” isn’t right enough.
● Manage revisions patiently and consistently, even when feedback comes in rounds.
Teamwork:
● Work closely with Copywriters to make sure visuals and words truly support each other.
● Collaborate with Motion Designers & Video Editors for smooth campaign rollouts.
● For Senior level: help juniors develop not just taste, but discipline and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
● 4–6+ years, preferably in an agency environment
● Experience in healthcare, pharma, wellness, FMCG, agencies is a strong advantage.
Design Fundamentals (Non-negotiable):
● Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
● Comfortable working within brand systems, guidelines, and regulations.
● Able to keep creative quality consistent across multiple touchpoints.
AI (A Tool, Not a Shortcut):
● Uses AI tools to explore ideas, test visuals, or speed up production.
● Knows when to trust AI — and when to fix, refine, or redo things manually.
Mindset & Working Style (This Part Matters):
● Naturally detail-oriented and uncomfortable with sloppy work.
● Patients with repetitive tasks when quality depends on it.
● Willing to double-check, self-review, and improve before handing work over.
● Can handle feedback, revisions, and deadlines without losing focus or craft.
● Understands that good healthcare design is built, not rushed.
