Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative visuals that align with brand identity across multiple platforms, including campaigns, trade marketing, social media, digital and advertising;
- Conceptualize and execute key branding and marketing initiatives, ensuring visual consistency and impactful design;
- Enhance and optimize images, marketing assets and communication materials for strong visual impact;
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and relevant teams to develop compelling designs for both online and offline channels;
- Design a wide range of assets, including digital materials such as banners, social media posts, infographics and email marketing, as well as offline materials such as standees, flyers, vouchers and office/event decorations;
- Develop and refine internal branding materials, including presentations, reports and event visuals;
- Apply AI tools effectively throughout the design workflow to support ideation, visual development, image generation, editing and creative production;
- Stay updated on design trends, creative technologies and AI-powered design tools, and apply relevant techniques to improve design quality and efficiency;
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, design quality and brand guidelines across different communication materials;
- Produce short animation or motion graphic assets to support marketing campaigns is a plus;
- Perform other design-related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in branding, and campaign execution;
- Strong portfolio in both digital & print design;
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field;
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; experience with alternative design tools such as Affinity is a plus;Experience in 3D design (mockups, environmental graphics) or Graphic Motion (After Effects) is a plus;
- Proficient in using AI tools and applying AI effectively in design workflows, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Seedance, Veo or other AI-powered creative tools;
- Ability to work on multiple projects, and deliver high-quality designs;
- A passion for creativity, innovation, and the ability to use colors flexibly with a good aesthetic sense;
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team;
- Deep understanding of branding principles and brand identity development;
- Have a personal laptop.
