Job description for Senior Executive / Executive (Capability Development) at Centre For Liveable Cities Limited
- Source, evaluate and administer procurements – learning management app, booking/rental of venue/facilities/equipment, transport arrangement, F&B, catering, arrangement of photography/videography, put up submissions, etc.
- Administer and coordinate the above logistics working hand-in-hand with vendors and team
- Administer and coordinate speakers’ logistics needs (parking, security clearances) & records
- Administer and coordinate participants’ needs, preparing of participants list for programme
- Prepare necessary learning materials and administering the learning management app
- On-site support for programme/learning journeys, eg. venue preparation, stage/laptop/mic/projection management, assist in running virtual sessions, etc.
- Prepare budget needs and process expenditures in accordance to financial guidelines.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the area of training and development, events organising, customer service or other related areas. Those with working experience in Ministries or other public agencies would have an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and interested in technological applications and innovations.
- Possesses good communication, interpersonal, organisation and administration skills.
- Is a self-starter with an inquisitive mind and a keen sense of responsibility.
- Is attentive to details and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Learning & Development skills such as Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or related training in the field of learning & development will be an advantage.
