Job summary
We are looking for a Senior Digital Production Manager to manage digital asset production projects within our Digital Production Center. You will be the main point of contact between offshore clients, the Regional team and our Local Center team, making sure digital assets are produced, localized and delivered on time and to quality standards.
This is a production-focused role. It does not cover marketing strategy, campaign planning or IMC, and it does not include people management.
Responsibilities
Client & stakeholder coordination
• Act as the main point of contact for offshore clients and the Regional team on production requests, timelines and deliverables
• Share regular status updates and production reports with clients and stakeholders
• Keep all parties aligned on milestones, approvals and deadlines
Production management
• Manage end-to-end production of digital assets, including creation and localization (banners, social ads, website and e-commerce assets)
• Stay updated on upcoming campaign briefs from clients and the Regional team to prepare production timelines in advance
• Define production scope, requirements and schedules in line with production capacity and agreed SLAs
• Coordinate with designers, developers and video editors so they have the information and time needed to deliver
• Work with the Account Lead to monitor resource allocation across projects
• Track tasks and tickets in project management tools and manage files in the DAM system
Quality & process
• Review deliverables against briefs, brand guidelines and quality standards before delivery
• Monitor production KPIs (on-time delivery, revision rounds, turnaround time)
• Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements to production efficiency
Qualifications
Required
• 5+ years in digital production management, digital project management or production account management
• At least 2 years in an agency, production house or content production center
• Experience working with offshore or regional clients
• Hands-on experience coordinating designers, developers or video editors to deliver digital assets
• Good understanding of digital asset formats and production processes (social, display, web, e-commerce)
• Proficient in project or ticket management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) and DAM systems
• English fluency in all four skills
• Able to work shifts and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
