WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including Paid Media, SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Content Marketing
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals and target audience insights
- Manage campaign timelines and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
2. Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels
- Monitor performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, and engagement
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
3. Content & Brand Collaboration
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging campaign assets and messaging
- Ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints
- Provide recommendations on creative direction and content optimization
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders with clear recommendations for improvement
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization based on performance data
5. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Support lead generation strategies to improve pipeline quality and conversion
- Optimize landing pages, campaign journeys, and user experience to maximize performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
6. Stakeholder & Client Communication
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure alignment on campaign objectives
- Present campaign updates, insights, and recommendations clearly and professionally
- Manage expectations and proactively resolve issues when needed
7. Process Improvement & Innovation
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Recommend new approaches, tools, and automation opportunities to improve efficiency
- Contribute to SOPs and workflow improvements to ensure service quality and scalability
8. Mentoring & Team Support
- Support onboarding and mentoring junior marketing team members when needed
- Share best practices and contribute to team capability development
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or related fields
- Strong hands-on experience in at least 2–3 major channels such as Paid Media, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, or Marketing Automation
- Proven experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns with measurable results
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Engagement, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
- Experience working with international clients or B2B/BPO environments is a plus
- Leadership or mentoring experience is an advantage
WORK LOCATION: Onsite at The District Building, 159C De Tham, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
WORKING HOURS: Mon – Fri, 8-hour shifts scheduled from 12:00 PM onwards
