Job description for Senior Digital Marketing Manager at TNP Group
- Manage the content that the business posts to social media
- Develop strategies that drive customers to the website, stronger website SEO
- Improve the design, UX, traffic, customer journey and content of the website
- Create paid campaigns on social media platforms
- Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
- Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign
- Keep up to date on the latest social media trends
- Organise event on both online and offline to engage with customer
- Manage marketing budget and show project ROI
- Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
- Executive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience working with startups and entrepreneurship strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Google Ads Platform and Google Marketing Platform a big plus
- Knowledge of Ad Servers, campaign optimization tools, and/or online tracking technology preferred
- Knowledge and proven experience creating, executing and continually optimizing successful paid marketing campaigns
- Exceptional ability to communicate cross-functionally within a highly energetic team
- Demonstrate ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns that drive high ROI
- Comfortable speaking about and presenting data
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Proactive, disciplined, organized, self-starter and highly motivated
