- Lead Yokke’s media relations efforts (including preparing press releases and press conferences)
- Responsible for preparing and organizing BOD, BOC and related Committee meetings and agendas
- Responsible for the availability of minutes of meeting of BOD, BOC and related Committees as well as monitoring their follow-up
- Build and maintain good relationship with Yokke’s stakeholders
- Responsible for preparing the agenda and holding the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS)
- Responsible for the periodic availability of Corporate Performance (Company Annual) Reports
- Responsible for the availability of the draft Supervisory Report of the Board of Commissioners
- Keep the confidentiality of documents, data, and information except in the context of fulfilling obligations in accordance with laws and regulations or required otherwise in legislation
- 30-40 years old
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
- Proficiency in media writing skills
- Proficiency in English both oral & written
- Bachelor degree in Media/Business/Management from reputable university
- Min 4 years’ experience in public relations, corporate communications and/or corporate secretary experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and project management skills
- Well organize, well groomed, good planner, and high attention to detail
- Possesses excellent communication skills that are needed in interactions with the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners as well as relevant government authorities, and commitment to a set of values which forms part of cultural identity of the Company
- Good working ethics and initiatives
- Effective multitasking skills.
