It is wholly owned by Rajah & Tann Singapore, a leading full-service law firm in Singapore and one of the largest in Southeast Asia. Rajah & Tann Singapore is a member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, a network of over 800 fee earners in 10 countries across Asia.
RTT is the NewLaw vehicle for Rajah & Tann Asia to adapt itself and provide new legal delivery models through technology and innovation to meet clients’ demands in the digital economy.

We are looking for dynamic professionals with any the following background or work experiences to join our growing multidisciplinary team of allied legal professionals.
- eDiscovery & Litigation Support
- Investigation & Forensics (White Collar Crime)
- Legal Technology & Innovations
· Introduce our suite of solutions and service capabilities to prospective clients;
· Support/manage assigned engagements while focusing on quality deliverables;
· Oversee projects and collaborations while working closely with lawyers, service providers, subject matter experts and clients’ representatives;
· Support the development and improvement of workflows, methodologies, marketing collaterals and to conduct research, where necessary;
· Communicate with internal clients and law firms, e.g. preparation of quotes for prospective work, conflict checks, etc.;
· Responsible in providing excellent client service including operational support;
· Obtain necessary certifications and attend relevant assigned trainings; and
· Actively participate in business development, staff recruitment & retention and provide coaching, training, and mentorship to new recruits.
· Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Systems, Finance or related field;
· Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience for Manager position;
· Experience working in a professional services, consulting, or solution environment;
· Ability to deliver within agreed timelines and able to manage multiple engagements;
· Good project management skills and competent in the drafting of reports;
· Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail-oriented;
· Ability to speak comfortably with clients or partners in a variety of different mediums, building relationship while having a good attention to detail; and
· Proven ability and experience in working effectively with various teams within the firm, including operations, sales, technology and others.
· Team player with strong communication and presentation skills;
· Ability to travel when required and willingness to be on standby for reactive engagements;
· Eager to learn new skills and technology while comfortable to provide training in the areas that the candidate is competent of;
· Tenacity to quickly adapt to the evolving requirements of the business.
