A. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Business Development & Sales Execution
- Lead outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, virtual/in-person meetings) to generate qualified leads across local and international markets.
- Identify, approach, consult, and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and pitch decks tailored to clients’ specific needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms and convert proposals into signed contracts.
- Manage and optimize sales pipeline to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
2. Client Management & Revenue Growth
- Build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and seamless client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client lifetime value.
- Ensure excellent post-sale service to increase client satisfaction and retention rate.
3. Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend evaluation (especially in digital marketing/digital services).
- Identify new business opportunities in both local and international markets.
- Propose strategic approaches and tailored solutions aligned with company growth objectives.
4. Process Optimization & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Develop, standardize, and optimize sales processes (sales funnel, CRM, customer journey).
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Account, Marketing, Creative, Operations) to ensure project quality and timely delivery.
- Identify potential risks and proactively propose solutions during project execution.
5. Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare regular reports on revenue, new clients, pipeline status, and growth forecasts.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics (conversion rate, deal size, sales cycle, etc.).
- Recommend actionable initiatives to improve sales efficiency and overall business performance.
B. REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Executive roles within digital marketing, advertising, or digital services.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Exceptional skills in presenting, communicating, negotiating, and organizing.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, capable of working independently under pressure.
- Preference for candidates with strong understanding of digital marketing solutions and international business context.
