Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Development B2B professional with a strong hunter mentality, excellent relationship-building skills, and proven experience in generating new business opportunities within the corporate sector. This role is responsible for expanding the B2B market through outbound sales approaches targeting private companies, state-owned enterprises, government institutions, and strategic partnerships.

Job Role

  1. Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities
  2. Conduct prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and client meetings
  3. Build relationships with corporate clients, government institutions, and business partners
  4. Prepare business proposals and deliver presentations to client
  5. Manage the sales process from prospecting to deal closing
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs
  7. Prepare sales pipeline reports, activity updates, and market insights

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any major
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
  3. Experienced in handling corporate clients
  4. Strong communication and negotiation skills
  5. Target-oriented and experienced in outbound sales
  6. Having a strong professional network is a plus
  7. Willing to travel for business purposes
