We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Engineer - Power BI to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI development, data modeling, and dashboard creation, with a solid understanding of business processes and stakeholder engagement. Experience in business analysis will be considered a strong advantage.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Translate business requirements into data models, visualizations, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
- Optimize Power BI performance through DAX, data modeling, and query tuning.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and datasets.
- Document report logic, data sources, and business rules for transparency and reuse.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 3-5 years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
- Experience working with Databricks and SQL databases.
- Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data transformation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
- Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken)

Working time:
- Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM - can be flexible with 8 Hrs per day)
- 4 days onsite and WFH 1 day Per Week
- Location: Onsite in client office.
