Job description for Senior Agent Contact Center at PT. Transcosmos Indonesia

Job Description:

  1. Receive the escalated cases and perform the follow up actions based on the effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  2. Provide the appropriate solutions for Customers' cases related to Request & Complain for Online Travel Agency within the agreed SLA
  3. Create the ticketing documentation based on the applied Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Working Instructions (WI)
  4. Deliver the correct and effective communication to Customers, internal team, partners, and stakeholders
  5. Always comply with the latest SOP, Working Instructions, Company guidelines
  6. Actively involve in team's activity based on availability"

Job Requirements:

  1. Experienced contact center agents (preferably experience in the online travel agency)
  2. Min. D3 - S1, with min GPA 2.75
  3. Familiar with Salesforce/CRM
  4. Preferably have active English skills (speaking/writing/reading/listening) min CEFR Level B1- Upper Intermediate
  5. Willing to work in a 24-hour shifting
  6. Willing to be placed in Semarang
  7. Willing to join as soon as possible
