BREVET A, BREVET B, Tax certification (must)
• Receive all transaction documents (expenses, receipts, adjusting entries) from Finance Staff, Cashier, Tax Staff, and other departments.
• Record transactions in general journal according to transaction type and date.
• Enter transactions into the accounting system (general ledger/ERP software).
• Classify accounts according to accounting standards and the company’s Chart of Accounts (COA).
• Post and code accounting documents.
• Reconcile transaction data with cash/bank statements and reports from other departments.
• Prepare trial balances, general ledgers, and other supporting reports.
• Provide accounting data for preparation of financial statements.
• Cross-check transaction data to ensure the accuracy of bookkeeping.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing supporting documents.
• Systematically file all journal entries and reports.
• Provide technical advice to the team regarding the recording and classification of transactions
Required Skills :
• Experience min. 3 year in the field
• Min. age: 26 years old (Male/Female)
• Understanding of accounting principles, including the accounting cycle, preparation of financial statements (income statement,
balance sheet, cash flow statement), and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB, Accurate, or SAP, as well as the ability to use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and prepare accurate financial reports.
• Understands applicable tax regulations and is able to calculate and report taxes correctly.
• Able to conduct internal audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Accuracy in recording, calculating, and reporting is essential to avoid errors that could impact the company’s finances.
