Job description for Senior Account Manager at Pt. Wahana Internet Nusantara
- Approaching prospective customer of B2B and B2G (online and offline)
- Compile daily, weekly and monthly prospective customer mapping
- Make sales reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
- Achieve sales targets for the B2B and B2G segments
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Ensuring the renewal of customer contracts every year
- Conduct salles calls, presentations, and negotiating
- Sending quotation service to prospective customers
- Coordinate with the Operations Department in ensuring Purchase Orders comply with the RFS
- Develop innovative programs to achieve sales targets
- Identify customer needs for internet services, IT projects and Managed Services
- Bachelor Degree’s, Any related background
- Passionate in Marketing
- Target Oriented, Organized and Self-Starter
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skill
- Min 3 years of experience as AM, prefered from IT Project
