SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

1. Production & Project Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end execution of media production projects, ensuring seamless content delivery, efficient workflow management, and proper documentation. Develop and manage production schedules, media plans, and key milestones while maintaining quality control from concept development to final output. Continuously monitor progress, anticipate challenges, and proactively resolve issues to meet deadlines and client expectations.
2. Client & Partner Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, attending meetings to understand their creative and strategic needs while providing expert consultation on media solutions. Foster strong partnerships with production vendors, creative teams, and Key Opinion Leaders to enhance collaboration and deliver compelling content. Drive approval processes efficiently with minimal revision rounds.
3. Performance Reporting & Industry Insights: Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights. Keep up with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in media production. Support the development of proposals, budget planning, and strategic initiatives to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working experience on account service or client management
• Experience in the Media Production industry
• Think critically and creatively, meaning the ability to think clearly and rationally, solve problems and develop new and useful possibilities
• Strong communication & presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Effective planning & execution, able to work under pressure and manage workflows efficiently.
