Job Description:
Support/ Work under supervising of Line Manager in key responsibilities below:
1. Account management:
- Communicate with clients to understand client’s expectations, being the key contact between clients and internal/ external teams.
- Able to discuss, filter feedback from client and guide the team efficiently.
- Build and maintain good relationship with current clients.
- Can maintain and build trust with junior levels, both internally and externally.
- Be able to develop a brief for creative execution or production based on a good understanding and interpretation of Client needs.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to keep everyone involved in processes and on schedule.
- Undertake the development necessary for each concept as briefed e.g., sourcing/contacting third parties/obtaining quotations/briefing internal and external facilities - normally under the supervision of senior account leaders.
- Develop a critical eye for material produced by account team/creative ensuring it is free of errors and omissions.
- Ensure regular communication of project status with line managers.
- Execute, support and monitor project, to ensure sure smooth and flawless processes during projects.
- Coordinate, composition and verbal briefing of internal and external resources as required e.g., creative, production, third party specialists, etc.
- Prepare weekly WIP (Work in Process) reports as required and other documents/materials for internal and external meetings, on-time and free of errors.
- Produce accurate contact reports following any contact with Client – provide Clients contact reports within 24 hours of meetings. These may be actions listed in an email; to be evaluated and approved by your line manager on the basis of the profile of the meeting/level of contact prior to circulating same
- Identify potential issues or delays in the project, understand clients’ pain points and discuss with internal teams to find out effective solutions.
- Engage with client’s industries to collect observations and take out relevant insights whereas possible.
- Assist line manager in building and nurturing relationship with client and other agency partners.
2. Quality assurance and operations:
- Review/Check works from the creative team and present with clients, making sure deliverables are on the same page with expectations.
- Prepare presentations and host meetings with internal & external teams.
- Check works in progress to make sure things are on track & deadlines are met.
- Obtain sufficient knowledge about internal working process and client working process in terms of creative development, production, media & financial management.
- Keep track of new trends on social media to update & inspire the creative team.
- Maintain contact with creative team.
- Ensure creative team motivation and working processes.
- Assist creative team with relevant information/materials.
- Manage project quotations, time-line, payment collections and releases to vendors on time to ensure a safe & smooth operation process.
- Ensure necessary internal alignments with higher seniors are made before every creative, cost and timeline presentation to clients.
- Always consult with line manager in regard to enquiries by providing own thoughts in terms of solutions. Do not just relay questions to line manager. (We need a problem-solving mindset, not problem seeing).
3. Planning and general execution management:
- Understand client’s products, competition landscape, consumer insights & creative rationales in order to recommend the best solutions to clients.
- Develop communication strategy with wide range of client’s information.
- Suggest relevant team structure to internal higher seniors to ensure relevant capabilities and creative styles for clients.
- Develop client’s brief for internal teams. And manage campaign assets effectively and obtain basic understanding about the relationship between planning, creative, production, media, finance & others.
- Keep track of campaign execution from brief to final deliveries, KPIs, payments and paper works.
- Be an information manager of the team to refer all meeting notes & working files with clients.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Advertising/ Digital/ Communication or related fields
2. Work experience:
- Have experience in the same position at least 6 months – 1 year as an Account Executive/ Senior Account Executive in digital/ creative agency
3. Functional skills:
- Good knowledge of Client Services, Communication Planning, Project Management
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, interpersonal and relationship building ability.
4. Soft skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
