I/ JOB PURPOSE: The Senior Account Executive plays as the back-bone in ensuring project delivery and campaign effectiveness. This position is responsible for project execution on a daily basis, to maintain client satisfaction with high-quality & on time work and budget compliance.
II/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Partnership (25% workload)
● Proactively communicate with clients daily to understand their needs, manage client expectations and timely identify/escalate issues (if any).
Account & Project Execution (45% workload)
● Take charge of daily execution, ensure seamless coordination between internal teams (Planning, Creative, Media, Production) and external vendors.
● Ensure implementation of budgets, timelines, project documentation and workflows.
● Manage project finance strictly: budget allocation, quotation accuracy, cost control, and negotiation with suppliers to optimise project P&L.
● Quality Control all deliverables (visuals, content, plans) to ensure they meet the Agency’s standards before sending to clients.
Team Leadership & People Development (10% workload)
● Support Account Executive/ Intern on daily tasks.
● Foster a supportive and collaborative working environment.
Strategy & Campaign Effectiveness (10% workload)
● Collaborate with the Planning & Creative teams to ensure the execution phase stays true to the aligned strategic direction.
● Liaise with internal stakeholders to develop post-campaign reports under the supervision of seniors.
Innovation & Industry Awareness (10% workload)
● Stay updated with market trends and propose new tactics/formats to refresh client campaigns.
III/ JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Education & experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related fields.
o 2-3 years in a marketing/communications agency. Min. 1 year in SAE role
• Knowledge & Skills:
o Excellent communication.
o Excellent Project Management & Multi-tasking (Ability to handle high pressure).
o Excellent Client Service skills.
o Good Financial management (Cost control & Suppliers/ Vendor negotiation).
