Job description for Science and Math Teacher at PT Chandra Naya Laksana (CNL Books)
Science and Math Teacher to be employed as an Academic Consultant with capability in training how to teach Chemistry, Biology, and Math.
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Science and Math Teacher with expertise in either Mathematics, Chemistry, or Biology. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic about guiding and training Science-Math teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop engaging syllabus and lesson plan that align with National Curriculum and International curriculum standards.
2. Create hands-on activities, experiments, and projects to enhance teachers' understanding and application of scientific concepts.
3. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, including technology integration.
4. Stay updated on current educational trends, research, and best practices in science education.
5. Communicate effectively with teachers and other stakeholders regarding the services to clients.
6. Train teachers enthusiastically.
7. Create template report for schools with bilingual program.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Chemistry/Biology Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience teaching Science and Math at the primary and secondary level, preferably within an international school setting.
3. In-depth knowledge of the International curriculum standards and assessment practices.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and school teachers.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
6. Passion for teaching teachers.
7. Adaptability and willingness to continuously learn and implement innovative teaching strategies.
