School Partnership Associate – Sales


About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, communicative, and target-driven individual to join our team as a School Partnership Associate – Sales. This role is responsible for developing partnerships with schools across Indonesia, delivering product presentations, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote, present, and sell the company's products and services to schools across Indonesia.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs established by the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school partners and key stakeholders.
  • Connect schools with the company's programs and services.
  • Manage and support field operations related to service implementation.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and provide solutions to meet schools’ needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to school clients.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Ability to conduct meetings, presentations, and business correspondence in English.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, partnership management, or account management is preferred. Experience in school sales or educational partnerships will be highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, particularly educational institutions.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive, responsible, and highly self-motivated.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday.
  • Willing to work outside regular working hours or on weekends when required to support business operations.
