1.Customer development and maintenance
1.1 Actively seek potential customers (farmers, cooperatives, wholesalers, exporters) through exhibitions, B2B platforms, on-site visits, phone calls/mails, etc.
1.2 Regularly visit existing customers to understand the planting cycle and purchasing needs, and establish long-term trust relationships.
2. Sales Execution and Goal Achievement
2.1 Sales Goal Achievement: Complete the monthly/quarterly/annual sales and collection targets set by the company
2.2 Product Promotion: Introduce agricultural products to farmers and agricultural enterprises, explain product features, usage methods, and core selling points
2.3 Quotation and Negotiation: Based on market conditions and discussed with the team members internally, formulate quotation plans and negotiate with customers on price, payment methods, delivery dates and other contract terms
2.4 Contract Signing and Execution: Follow up on the entire process of contract signing, order processing, logistics coordination and post-sale collection
3. After-sales Service
Handle customer issues such as product quality complaints, logistics delays, returns and exchanges, etc.
