- Contribute to the development of Sales and marketing strategies to hit Sales target and promote Algorithmics courses
- Market survey and set up sales strategies, implying plans to achieve Sales
- Prepare plans and budgets for approval by the Director of the business, and once agreed, implement those plans
- Prepare and submit proposals for training for key sponsors
- Aliasing with Marketing to provide high qualities to customers
- Training, coaching, supervising Sales team
- Prepare Sales reports
- Work closely with Academic Manager:
- Provide the highest qualification program and services
- Ensure smooth operations of the Academic services
- Implementation of curriculum projects
- Monitor/evaluate program outcomes, student assessment reports and exit questionnaires
- Recruit appropriately qualified and experienced staff for the efficient operation of the Center
- Supervise student administration and counselling services conducted in the Center
- Maintain and upgrade systems/procedures for all administration tasks at Center and liaise with the Operation Manager to ensure consistency
- Monitor Centre purchase requisitions and expenditures
- Provide financial and academic reports to the Director of the business.
- Lead staffs to provide the highest quality Programs for the students
- Ensure a team spirit among staffs
- Represent the school in a way that enhances its reputation
- 44 hours/week, arranged by Line Manager
