Job description for Sales Representative Medan at PT Aku Pintar Indonesia
- Conduct business development to educational institutions (schools).
- Search for potential partners through databases or networks.
- Generate leads.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Develop market in assigned area.
- Build a network within the assigned area.
- Schedule and lead meetings with decision makers to get B2B Offers
- Negotiate all contracts with potential partners.
- Prepare and submit proposals based on the needs of potential partners.
- Understand and promote company programs.
- Create job reports, sales, etc.
- Manage and develop good relationship with partners
- Minimum D3, preferably S1 all majors
- Have experience as B2B Sales / Business Development / partnership
- Proactive and result oriented
- Have a track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Attractive appearance, communicative, hard worker and fast learner
- Excellent in sales , interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Have a wide network of relationships
- Have the ability to analyze the market and customers, to predict potential business around the area.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Have Microsoft Office skills
- Owning a private vehicle (a plus)
- Base Salary
- Fee / Commission Up to 17%
