Qualifications
1. Proven sales skills, including prospecting, relationship-building, and closing deals
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
3. Knowledge of the real estate market or related industries is an advantage
4. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
6. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office
7. Fluency in English, with additional languages (especially Indonesian) being a plus
8. Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred
9. If you know the basics of photography and editing, it's a plus
