Job Description :
- Market our apartments to expatriates and other prospects working in South Jakarta Area.
- Negotiating with prospective tenants and buyers at a standard and reasonable price.
- Maintaining a good relations to our tenants.
- Maintaining a good relations to the Human Resource Department of companies whom our tenants work for.
- Telemarketing and Canvassing.
- Creating a summary of prospective tenants and buyers
What you must have :
- Marketing of Property (you target market will be expatriate)
- Able to market on digital platform (Facebook, Rumah.com, Sewa-apartemen.net)
- At least 3 years of working experience in sales / marketing in any industry / agent property, if you have more than 3 years of experience in rental apartment industry, we will highly consider you.
- Fluent in English
