Job description for Sales Promotion & Merchandiser (Denpasar - Bali) at PT. Living Fitness Indonesia
Job Responsibilities :
- Inventory Auditing: Conduct regular physical stock counts at retail outlets to ensure data accuracy between system records and floor availability.
- Ensure Sales target achievement within the assigned area on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store managers or distributors to trigger reorders and prevent out-of-stock (OOS) occurrences.
- Sell-out Data Compilation: Collect, verify, and consolidate daily or weekly sales performance data.
- Planogram Compliance: Execute and maintain product displays according to corporate planogram standards to ensure brand consistency and optimal visibility.
- Marketing Collateral Management: Install, update, and maintain Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials, including shelf talkers, posters, and promotional displays.
Job Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in field sales.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Language: Indonesian (required); English proficiency is an advantage.
