Role Overview:
The Sales Order Management Executive is responsible for processing customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently in SAP, ensuring smooth coordination with sales, logistics, and finance to meet delivery commitments and customer expectations
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Order Processing
• Receive customer purchase orders from the Sales team.
• Create Sales Orders in SAP by:
o Entering data from Purchase Order to Sales Order (PO to SO).
o Verifying discounts or rebates against promotion documents.
o Checking for credit holds and coordinating resolution with Finance.
o Assigning stock to orders in consultation with Sales if required.
2. Delivery Order Processing
• Create Delivery Orders from Sales Orders:
o Verify stock availability and allocate inventory.
o Enter Ship To address and delivery time details.
o Release Delivery Orders to Logistics for fulfillment.
• Respond to logistics queries promptly to avoid delivery delays.
3. Delivery Order Changes
• Process Delivery Order changes as per instructions from Sales.
Job Requirement:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales order processing or a related role.
• English communication skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Benefits:
● Gross monthly salary of VND 20,000,000.
