Job description for Sales Operations at Skyshi Digital Indonesia
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to support and optimize our client sales processes. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to improve efficiency, maintain data accuracy, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
This position is fully remote and requires someone who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain sales data within CRM systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics (conversion rates, pipeline health, forecasting, etc.)
- Generate regular reports and provide insights to support decision-making
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose improvements
- Support the sales team with tools, templates, and operational needs
- Assist in setting up and optimizing workflows, automation, and sales processes
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution
- Work closely with regional or international teams when required
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Familiar with sales metrics, reporting, and pipeline management
- Good understanding of sales processes and business workflows
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience working with international teams or foreign companies is a strong advantage
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Nice to have : Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital-related industries
