We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in sales administration and operations with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience.

The Sales Operations Executive's responsibilities includes sales support, customer service, tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, order processing, inventory management, logistics and fulfilment. The position requires an ability to multi-task under deadline, attention to detail, dependable and a professional, supportive attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Min. 1 year experience in a sales support / admin role
Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Is a good listener
Is honest under pressure and has integrity
Maintains confidentiality
Has an excellent work record and a positive attitude
Strong skills using excel, powerpoint
Accurate data entry skills
Excellent organizational skills, multitasking, prioritization and good with managing timelines
Able to maintain accurate pricing and quoting
Coordinate quotes and sales packs for customers
Manage all customer communications via phone, text, email and social to schedule appointments and reply to queries
Coordinate all sales and customer service functions and fulfilment
Track and manage timelines for production orders
Maintain accurate inventory
Ensure the sales floor is spotless, inviting and all products and price tags are in placeTrack sales leads and customer data
Assist with sales event project management
Knowledge about gems & jewellery is not necessary but an interest to learn about it is important
