Job description for Sales Operations (Business Development) Fulfillment Specialist at Tokopedia
Description
- Apply an analytical approach to support strategic decisions, including projects on pricing design and analysis, product/competitive landscape benchmarking, and other data-driven analysis
- Handle acquisition and monitoring telesales
- Handle business improvement project for Toko Cabang
- Regularly partner with business functions (e.g. Accounting, Data Analytics, Client Solutions, and others) to analyze and report on the financial impact of decisions across the business unit
- Build and maintain operating and lead the overall process for key product and business teams
- Distill data and create an analysis that facilitates clear and timely decision making, improve the visibility and usability of our existing data; create and monitor performance goals
- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure financial operation of the business unit is timely executed and propose creative solutions to reach a goal or increase the efficiency
Minimum Qualifications :
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or another relevant field
- 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Excellent proficiency in Excel (you should be prepared for a case study)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional judgment and maturity, including an ability to execute independently and work with team members of all levels
