Responsibilities:
1. Campaign & Event Execution- Execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, trade, and channel marketing).- Plan, execute, monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., SNS,
website, email, paid ads…).- Coordinate events such as exhibitions, seminars, dealer conventions, and factory visits.- Work closely with sales teams, distributors, and agencies to ensure smooth implementation.
2. Product Marketing- Support new product launches and marketing initiatives.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.- Assist in preparing product materials (catalogues, brochures, POP…).- Ability to make execution plans for assigned projects.
3. Data & Insights- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.- Monitor campaign performance (traffic, leads, conversion) and generate actionable insights, continuously
improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.- Analyze market and sales data to identify improvement opportunities.
4. Operations & Coordination- Manage vendors agencies and support contract, payment, and documentation processes required.- Assist in budget and KPI tracking for assigned projects.
Report to: Direct Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- From 1 - 2 years of experience in revelant position.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good ownership, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Good teamwork and communication skills; able to work independently.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
