The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing clients for the company’s digital solutions. This role focuses on helping businesses improve customer acquisition, engagement, and operational efficiency through technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients across target industries (e.g. e-commerce, property, automotive, finance)
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
Conduct product or solution presentations tailored to client business needs
Understand client challenges and position solutions as measurable business outcomes (revenue growth, cost savings, efficiency)
Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and lead commercial negotiations
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies
Maintain relationships with existing clients for upsell and retention opportunities
Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in sales (preferably SaaS, digital marketing, or technology solutions)

Ability to translate technical features into clear business value
Experience in B2B sales and engaging decision-makers

Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling CRM, automation, or digital platforms
