Marquee Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in South Jakarta. As our Sales Team you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our premium executive office space services.

What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients and maximise occupancy rates for our executive office spaces
- Managing a pipeline of prospective clients, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals effectively
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with the team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns
- Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new business opportunities
- Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Mentoring and supporting a team of sales professionals to drive their professional development
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a commercial office sales or leasing role (rental office), building agency, rental building.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the commercial office market, with a focus on the needs of businesses in South Jakarta
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or property
