SHORT INTRO OF OUR COMPANY
At The Bullish Agency (TBA), our mission and vision is to make financial education courses a 'norm' in South East Asia. We do this by providing marketing and sales services to financial coaches who have results and the heart to teach and serve. At the same time, we push our clients to achieve the best so that we can weed out the 'scams' too.
Some of the clients we are working/have worked with includes Mary Buffett, Sean Seah, Reshveen, Rui Ming, Kelvin Seetoh, Jonathan Ang, and many more.
We have many big ideas and projects we want to execute for us and our clients - that's why we are looking for people who believe in our vision and mission.
In short, we are looking to REVOLUTIONIZE the financial education industry and we believe we're the best guys to do it because our team consists of the most passionate marketer, salespeople, and investors.
One day, we'll live in a world where going to financial education courses becomes a 'norm' and everybody attends investing classes - just like how every student attends primary and secondary school.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Closing deals for our financial clients (English and chinese)
- Hiring, onboarding, and training new sales reps
- Build a competitive and fun culture/environment within the sales team
- Building basic sales operational processes
- Working closely with our speakers and marketing team to provide feedback on quality of leads
1. Background in hiring (from scratch), managing, training, and growing a sales team of at least 5-10 people
2. Analytical and numbers-driven. You like to diagnose problems by analyzing numbers and making sense of them, and then deriving an actionable solution to move the sales team forward.
3. You have experience selling high-ticket financial products/services/courses before. (SGD2k to SGD15k)
4. Familiar with building sales operational process using tools like trello and spreadsheets
5. Familiar with tracking and setting the right kind of sales KPIs for the team so that sales team members are aligned with company’s and client’s objectives
6. Your own computer and high-speed internet connection, with a web camera, and presentable background for zoom meetings and sales calls.
7. Have the ability to multi-task and work towards several milestones on various projects simultaneously
9. Trustworthy - we don't believe in micro-managing. We prefer if we can fully trust our team members to fully execute the task on hand.
10. You take ownership of the campaign results.
11. IMPT: You are proficient in selling both English and Mandarin
1. You'll be working from home (or remotely) 99% of the time, unless we have team meetings and cohesions.
2. Work hours are FLEXIBLE, which means being able to work for 3-4 hours a day and taking the rest of the day off. (As long as you hit the KPIs)
3. We are basically working to build a sales team closely with you from scratch and you will be properly rewarded for doing so -- you will be able to get an overall profit-sharing of the sales team we will build together. (Sales qualified leads isn’t an issue for us)
