With a focus on market expansion and customer-centric services, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the target market.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for healthcare products and medical devices to achieve sales targets and market share goals.
- Identify and cultivate potential clients (e.g., hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors) and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to monitor industry trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs, providing data support for sales strategy optimization.
- Lead and manage the sales team, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, and organize sales training to enhance team performance.
- Handle sales negotiations, contract signing, and after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare sales reports, forecast sales volumes, and propose feasible improvement plans to the management team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical-related fields, or a relevant discipline.
- Approximately 3 - 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare products or medical devices industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is mandatory: Fluent in at least two of the following languages (Mandarin Chinese, English, Japanese, Indonesian) with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates proficient in more languages will be prioritized.
- Strong market development ability, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management capabilities.
- Familiar with the local market of healthcare products and medical devices, and understanding of relevant industry policies and regulations.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure; good leadership and team management skills.
- Willing to travel as needed for business development.
