- Manage existing key retail customers, the source for new prospective businesses and launch new products in modern trade sector (Retail supermarkets, convenience stores, and minimarts)
- Establish and maintain good relationships with outlets to ensure repeated business. To conduct daily store visits to establish good relationships with stores.
- Manage day to day sales operations such as ordering to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Work with retail merchandisers to handle day to day outlet issues.
- Work with the Internal Department to fulfill client requirements
- Provide regular feedback on existing market trends and competitors
- Driving sales and marketing initiatives and participate actively in strategic business planning discussions with distributor
- Any other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in Retail supermarkets, convenience stores, and minimarts.
- Able to collaborate well, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic multi-cultural environment.
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 - 3 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
- Remuneration will be on a basic pay plus commissions basis.
