KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Strategy & Performance Management
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance skills and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a high-performance culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a smooth sales process.
- Act as an escalation point for complex negotiations and high-value deals.
4. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Review and approve sales agreements, contracts, and financial transactions.
- Generate sales reports and market analysis for management decision-making.
5. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
KEY DELIVERABLES
- Minimum Revenue is 120 millions per month
- Successfully onboard new clients and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Strictly adhere to SOPs and report sales activities, client interactions, and market insights in a timely manner, supporting the company's commitment to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate a measurable increase in client interest and engagement with the company’s furnishing and property management services, contributing to expanded service usage.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in real estate, especially in sale or resale, or related roles.
- At least 2 years in the management role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in sales forecasting and CRM tools.
Preferred:
- Experience in real estate sales and high-value transactions.
- Proven ability to scale sales operations and develop high-performing teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
