Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads, including lead profiling, qualification, and meeting scheduling.
- Conduct outbound prospecting, including prospect research, lead identification, and outreach.
- Join client meetings alongside the BD Manager, with the opportunity to gradually take ownership of meetings and closing processes.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and portfolios based on established frameworks.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline, including client renewal and upselling opportunities.
- Handle the closing process for accounts that do not fall under strategic or high-value accounts.
- Manage and reactivate existing lead and client databases to generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven work experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a related field.
- Strong sales and communication skills, both through chat, online meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
- Able to conduct account research and understand a brand's marketing and social media needs.
- Able to develop personalized outreach based on client needs rather than relying on hard-selling approaches.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and consistent in following up with leads and opportunities.
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads and sales pipelines simultaneously.
