- Position: Sales Executive (Singapore Market)

- We are an IT Tech company based in Singapore, providing a comprehensive HR Platform that helps businesses manage their people efficiently. As part of our growth, we are seeking a driven Sales Executive based in Vietnam to reach our target the Singapore market.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in Singapore to promote our HR Platform.
- Understand client needs and present appropriate product solutions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Schedule product demos
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales pipeline.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers in Singapore.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing or telesales preferably in IT or SaaS products.
- Excellent English communication and persuasive skills.
- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
- Familiarity with the Singapore market is a strong advantage.
- Able to work remotely with high self-discipline and motivation.
- Knowledge or experience in HR platforms is a plus.
- English speaking is mandatory
