Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, D3, atau S1 semua jurusan.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Sales B2B, Sales Project, atau Sales Teknik.
Memiliki pengalaman menjual pompa air, pompa industri, sistem perpompaan, valve, fitting, pipa, atau produk MEP lainnya.
Memiliki jaringan pelanggan di bidang konstruksi, manufaktur, proyek gedung, infrastruktur, atau pengolahan air menjadi nilai tambah.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang baik.
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target penjualan.
Memiliki SIM A/C dan bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas.
