Tanggung Jawab :
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap target penjualan dan pencapaian distribution level produk sesuai dengan target yang ditetapkan oleh management.
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap sosialisasi seluruh kebijakan, peraturan dan lainnya yang berhubungan dengan penjualan produk.
• Memastikan SOP dapat berjalan dengan baik (Internal & Eksternal). Uraian tugas • Melakukan kunjungan ke Vape Store di Areanya.
• Melakukan riset dan survey terhadap pasar serta analisa produk untuk pengembangan produk, kepuasan konsumen dan penentuan harga.
• Berkoordinasi dengan divisi lain guna tercapainya kinerja yang maksimal.
• Berkoordinasi dengan seluruh bagian terkait agar tidak terjadi over stock maupun kekosongan stock.
• Melakukan pengontrolan stock barang jadi di gudang dan melakukan evalusi penjualan bersama Dept. terkait.
Kualifikasi :
• Pendidikan minimal SMA
• Pengalaman di bidang Retail Sales min. 1 tahun
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, analisa dan problem solving yang baik.
• Dapat melakukan presentasi dengan baik.
• Terbiasa dengan target (Target Oriented)
• Memiliki motivasi dan keinginan yang kuat untuk berkembang dalam bidang Vape.
• Memiliki kendaraan pribadi (motor) dan SIM C aktif
