- Pekerjaan on-site di PIK 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the glass packaging sector.
- Conduct cold calling and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Actively visit clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
- Perform market mapping and data canvassing to identify potential leads and new market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Monitor sales performance and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate reports for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience in the packaging industry, especially handling tint plate, cap, or metal lug products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in cold calling, client visits, and market canvassing.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong passion for sales.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Possession of a valid SIM A (car driving license) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and business development.
