Sales Engineer - PT Sukses Chemigas Indonesia (Yotek Group)

Position Summary:

Responsible for conducting technical sales of corrosion, abrasion, and erosion protection solutions for the oil & gas, petrochemical, power plant, and manufacturing industries using a consultative approach to provide appropriate solutions based on customer needs and to achieve the company’s sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new customer prospects and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  2. Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  3. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  4. Prepare technical & commercial proposals and conduct negotiations.
  5. Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and solution implementation.
  6. Monitor customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
  7. Manage sales pipeline and prepare periodic activity reports.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Material, Metallurgy, Industrial, Civil, Environmental, or other relevant fields.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Sales or B2B; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Understanding of industrial products related to corrosion, abrasion, and erosion is an advantage.
  4. Familiar with CRM systems and able to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  5. Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  6. Accustomed to working with targets and high mobility.
  7. Able to communicate in English at least passively.
  8. Possession of an active driving license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle is preferred.
  9. Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
