Imajin is an online manufacturing marketplace in Indonesia, offering a range of services from mold and dies fabrication to parts production and CNC machine rental. With a track record of delivering high-quality and innovative solutions to our clients, we're seeking a driven Sales Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and understand their manufacturing challenges and needs.
- Analyze technical drawings and specifications to provide accurate cost estimations and quotations, particularly for dies and precision parts.
- Design and present tailored technical solutions that address client pain points and contribute to increased operational efficiency.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical insights to showcase the benefits of our manufacturing solutions.
- Serve as a technical advisor during the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Work closely with the technical experts to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and competitive offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering within the manufacturing sector.
- Solid understanding of Dies (Stamping/Casting) and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in cost estimation and reading technical 2D/3D drawings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to creatively tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborative and team-oriented work approach in a fast-paced environment.
