- Received KPI from Operation Director regards to monthly quarterly and yearly Sale activities.
- Regular reports of latest industry developments, trends, pricing indications and market insights.
- Establish a dynamic and healthy pipeline for Sales to ensure Company growth.
- Monthly, quarterly reports to Operation Director.
2. Training program and talent management
- Work with product and service team to develop the training system.
- Develop Sales Tools to equip and assist sales personnel during selling activities.
- Train, develop, improve Selling Skills, Product Knowledge, and sales talent of all Sales Managers, sale staffs.
- Review Managers and Staffs performance, motivate and promote quarterly.
- Lead Sales Initiatives at a Country-wide level.
- Develop KPI for Center Manager and EC to ensure the profitability for the company while in compliance with company rules and regulations.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly sales and re-new planning.
- Monitor sales and re-new actual performance, conversion rate (App – Show - PT- Sales).
- Monitor all center managers to ensures final numbers are on target.
- Meet parents if any urgent issues araise that CM cannot handle.
- Present to parents sale seminar.
- Monitor center managers and care team in their customer care tasks to make sure the services are professional and follow KPI.
- Handle customers’ feedbacks/complaints if necessary.
- Verify and approval customers requests relating to saving fee, class transfer, refund, etc
- Verify special offer or discounts to VIP Customers.
5. School and partners’ contracts
- Visit strategic partners to build relationship.
- Visit school’s principles, President of the Parents Association and maintain good relationships.
- Work with DOET and newspaper publishers to explore new business opportunities.
- Plan and set KPI all local marketing event at centres and inside local schools monthly and yearly.
- Prepare reports to Operation Director regarding event conversion rate.
Working location: Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
- University graduate major in Business Management, Education
- At least 3 years experience at management level
- Understanding of local and foreign educational systems
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Working weekend and travel between districts.
