Job description for Sales Development Representative at Feedloop
Job Description
- Achieving revenue targets by actively identify, source and develop new potential leads
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting, calling, crafting emails, arranging presentations/meetings, giving a demo, understanding client needs, and work closely with Account Executive in closing the deal.
- Build and maintain good relationship with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met.
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies & plans as well as executing and measuring the success of initiatives.
- Communicating the progress of initiatives and preparing performance reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree in any related field.
- Around 3 years B2B working experience in business development, Sales Development Rep, or similar role.
- Experience in IT Software sales is preferable.
- Understand the sales performance metrics.
- Proficient in Bahasa (English is plus point).
- Highly organized, good time management and the ability to meet target.
