Job Description
- Identifying, understanding, and confirming technical requirements with clients related to product offerings.
- Handling technical requests by designing machine/part configurations based on client specifications, and providing accurate cost estimates and proposals.
- Coordinating with internal operations (logistics, project, technical support) to manage the entire order process and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of product specifications and staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Building long-term relationships with technical stakeholders and customers.
- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue growth targets.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) (from Food Technology is preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Component in F&B industries.
- Strong understanding of technical, mechanical, or electrical components, often requiring a technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with both clients and internal teams.
- Ability to negotiate technical terms, pricing, and contracts.
