MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
As a member of the Discova’s leadership team, the Sales Team Leader is responsible to lead a high performing team that consistently deliver an outstanding sales experience to our overseas agents (FIT/GIT) or direct customers and exceed individual and team sales targets. The Sales Team Leader will assist in developing new products, acquiring new business and delivering revenue growth.
• Service all enquiries professionally and efficiently in an accurate, appropriate and timely manner.
• Resolve all service issues to the end customer’s satisfaction with appropriate corrective, preventive measures and timely manner.
• Ensure all bookings, passenger details, logistics information, internal notes and supplier notes updated in the systems efficiently and accurately.
• In conjunction with Discova’s offshore sales offices and operating offices manage agent familiarization trips.
• Utilize Discova’s preferred products to improve cost advantage.
• Take initiatives to reduce ‘Cost of Sales’ on bookings through assistance with purchasing.
• Develop and work on continuous improvements of guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure consistent deliveries from Sales Team.
• Introduce new or improved policies and processes to improve efficiency and ensure staff to follow approved policies & procedures
• Understand and provide monthly sales reports to CM and finance.
• Understanding and ensuring all bookings run within budget and implement business development initiatives to consistently improve trip profitability
• Trust the pricing and margin in company system using Discova guidelines.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• A degree in tourism and hospitality is an advantage.
• Fluent in verbal and written English and other European languages is an advantage.
• Management training or 3 years + experience in leading a sales team is desirable.
