Job Description
- Drive revenue across offline store, reseller & B2B
- Manage and grow reseller/partner relationships
- Prospect & close new B2B opportunities
- Lead and coach the SPG team
- Monitor store performance, stock & daily execution
- Work closely with Marketing & Operations to drive sales
Job Requirements
- S1, any major
- Softlens User
- 1–3 years experience in Sales / Retail / B2B / Partnership
- Experience handling or supervising SPG/sales team
- Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
- Target-driven, proactive & good with numbers
- Well-organized with strong follow-up skills
- Beauty / Retail / FMCG / Fashion experience is a plus
