Job Description
-Supervise sales and marketing department progress on planning, product development and brand management
-Analyze and follow the market development
-Integrate, train and manage sales & marketing team
-Implement innovative sales and marketing strategies and programs
-Develop and maintain sales and marketing strategies and programs to reach Kolega’s goals -Building partnership and collaboration
Minimum Qualifications
-Minimum Master Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
-Minimum 2 years experience in account management or sales and marketing division
-Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach, persentation & networking skills
-Strong team player with good people skills and a proven track record of providing support to other team members and building collaborative relationships
