Sales and Marketing Executive
Role Description:
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive with effective analytical, interpersonal and decision-making skills. To succeed in the field, candidates should be excellent in customer relationship management. Alignment with our company’s values would allow us to determine if you are a suitable candidate.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Working closely with operations team to ensure delivery of service is met and feasibility of customers’ requests
Design market research project. Collect and use data obtained to design marketing campaigns.
Plan and implement marketing and branding campaigns.
Collation and analysis of data from social media platforms. Gain knowledge to use data to shape future marketing/ advertising initiatives.
Work in cross-functional teams in the development of online platform. Presenting of data to the management team on a regular basis.
Learn to craft UI/UX with platform developers. Learn to utilize data obtained from visitor browsing to improve the interface and reduce bounce rate.
Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
Some experience in Sales is preferred.
Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software.
Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
